OurSpot Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using OurSpot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

OurSpot is a social planning application that allows users to:

• Create and discover local events
• RSVP to events and communicate with other attendees
• Connect with friends and share plans

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You retain ownership of content you create (events, messages, photos). By posting content, you grant OurSpot a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• User-generated content or events
• Interactions between users at events
• Service interruptions or data loss

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
